2. Error Message ( power-off ) :

Solution:

Reason:

There is no electric power in ONU. (ONU কোনো বৈদ্যুতিক সংযোগ বা শক্তি নেই।)

Solution:

Need to re plug the power adapter ( পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টার পুনরায় প্লাগ করতে হবে)

 

3. Error Message (Wire Down):

Reason:

Fiber connectivity is down at ONU

Solution:

Need to re connect the fiber connectivity in ONU

4. Error Message (Illegal License file shows at the time of NMS installation)

Solution:

1. Remove the existing NSM software

2. Reinstall the software to E or D drive but not C drive

5. Error Message:

Solution:

1. Check the TX power of GPON0/1 PON module

2. Change the GPON0/1 PON module

6. Error Message:

Reason:

The OLT always have the logging when the power up

7. Error Message:

OAM Operational Status: Operational 

Solution:

1. Switch#show epon interface epON 0/1:19 onu ctc optical-transceiver-diagnosis (No result will be shown)

2. Switch_config_epon0/1#epon onu-blacklist mac 500b.91e0.d830

3. Switch_config_epon0/1#no epon onu-blacklist mac 500b.91e0.d830

NB: The issue will be resolved if ONU RX power is within -27dB
